Why I wrote these books
When I was nine years old I wrote a story about a brave boy who faced the one thing every kid eventually asks about.
Decades later, that story became the origin of The Leunam Tales.
I built a kingdom out of Venezuela, filled it with heroes that look like the kids I grew up with, and made it into something I wish I had on my shelf as a child.
That's what these books are. The stories I needed and couldn't find.

Yes. Both cinematic audio companions come included with the box set and are also available on Spotify, Apple, Audible, and all major platforms. Listening instructions come with your purchase and sample tracks are available on this page.
What are the books about?
Two siblings in a fantasy kingdom inspired by Venezuela face adventures that deal with big questions about family, courage, and what we're willing to do for the people we love. Think The Little Prince meets Studio Ghibli, with Latin characters and art on every page.
Are these sad books?
They're brave books. The stories don't shy away from real emotions, but they're fantasy adventures first. Kids get absorbed in the quest and the art. Parents tell us the conversations that follow are the best part.
