We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 USD or more to addresses within the United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout for eligible orders.
Order processing time Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order ships. During sales or peak seasons processing may take longer; we will notify you if there is a delay.

Tracking your order Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the tracking number in the carrier’s tracking portal to follow your package. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@roraimabooks.com.
Customs duties and import taxes For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing.
Address issues and undeliverable packages Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or damaged items If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at sales@roraimabooks.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, replace or refund the item.
Returns and exchanges Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To start a return or exchange, email sales@roraimabooks.com with your order number and reason for return. Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item.
